CBPM provides a cloud-based platform for managing construction and building projects, including but not limited to: contract management, contractor coordination, material procurement, financial tracking, workforce management, and progress reporting. Access is provided on a subscription or account basis as described during registration.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Promptly update your information if it changes.
Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the CBPM platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are the exclusive property of CBPM and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. User Content

By submitting content (contracts, documents, images, messages, etc.) to the platform, you grant CBPM a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You retain ownership of all content you submit. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

7. Payment & Billing

Certain features of the platform may be offered on a paid basis. All fees are stated in the applicable pricing page and are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. CBPM reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable prior notice to users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CBPM does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CBPM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if CBPM has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

CBPM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

CBPM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
